Refund policy

We want you to love your PawView purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- To start a return, email us at cartershelton619@gmail.com with your order number.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a free replacement or full refund.

Final-sale and clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.
